This is a vintage with great concentration and simultaneously fine and elegant

Vinification:

Overripe and dry grapes were taken out to reassure the finesse of the wine. The grapes from Quinta do Roncão, were fermented with foot treading in lagares. After fortification with grape brandy.

Tasting Notes:

Fruity, but not ripe, with aggressive and rich tannins, with long final

Suggestions:

Matches a good cheese or sweet desserts.
