Extra virgin olive oil coming from the best olives, mainly harvested from Galega variety trees. Cold pressed by mechanical process in traditional mill, full of many generations knowledge, offering a smooth and fruity flavor, to be tasted by connoisseurs. Al Canet olive oil has low acidity, usually around 0.5º, being classified as Extra Virgin, outcome of the care put in the whole production chain (ripening, harvesting, cleaning, extraction, storage and packaging). Being a natural product, the acidity can vary from one year to another.The sensory characteristics of al Canet - such as flavor, aroma and color - are the result of several factors: variety, soil and climatic conditions, fruit maturity at harvest and extraction process.

The product tends to be slightly thick and the color balances between yellow and green, slightly fruity and herbaceous aroma notes, right balance on taste characteristics, which are smooth and slightly spicy
