The Estate was bought in 1997 by José Machado Ruivo
Carlos Ruivo, one of the sons is now running the wine business
Inês Ruivo, the daughter is responsible for the tourism part of the business
 
- 150 ha of which 6 ha are vines

- 8 ha of apple trees + Tourism (houses and garden)
