Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão and Tinta Barroca
After alcoholic fermentation, wine is transfered to inox container, until malolactic fermentation is done. Then it will age in french oak barrels for four months.
Grapes are stripped off from the stalks and smashed and vinified, in traditional granite tank and then in inox container
Fruit, blackberry, wooden and spice
It's cool in the mouth, with a good volume and ripe tannins in the end
