One of the wines from our monovarietal range. Chardonnay is the grape responsible for some of the world's greatest white wines and here it appears in all its unoaked glory! OR and we have selected a lightly oaked version.

Vinification:

After a short maceration at a low temperature, the wine was fermented in stainless steel vats at 18ºC

Aroma:

Notes of tropical and citrus fruit, some minerality and a very attractive freshness

Tasting Notes:

On the palate, the wine has good acidity wich brings it to life
