This is a classical dry white port with an intense aromatic experience, originated from a good extract from prolonged skin maceration. It's made from different lots of dry white port of great quality, some aged in casks.
All our white grapes are fermented with a long skin maceration, with foot treading in Lagares, to give structure to the wine. Following fortification with grape brandy, the wine ages for many years in casks and in old oak vats.

Best served as an aperitif or as a long drink with tonic water, ice and a twist of lemon
