Junior Flamengo cheese

Made from pasteurised cow`s milk by pressing the young curd, this is a round-shaped, red rinded, firm cheese with a more leathery texture, resistent to the cut. It has few eyes and a characteristic flavour and weighs about 500 g. It is ideal for snacks and sandwiches, as well salads, hot meals and desserts.
Conserve between 3 and 8⁰ C
