Cold pre-fermentative maceration during 1 day followed by a 2-day fermentation with pump overs before the fortication with brandy. Colheita is a port from a single harvest, aged in oak casks. The Craufurd Colheitas has been carefully selected to produce a rich mellowness with the nest balance and elegance of old tawnies.
