Vinification:

Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (23º to 25ºC) for around two days, with intensive skin contact. It is then interrupted by the addition of brandy, resulting in a wine with high levels of alcohol and residual sugar

Aroma:

Has a clear aroma of the variety, with some notes of orange and honey

Tasting Notes:

A glycerine flavour, with honey and jam sweetness
