Moscatel Galego Branco
Alcoholic fermentation takes place during 2 days in a inox tank at a temperature of 24º C. Maceration takes place during the fermentation process. We stop fermentation by adding wine spirit, allowing to increase the alcohol and mantain some residual sugar.
