Vinification:
Total destem. Fermentation with moderate temperature control and daily manual pumping. Partially staged in French oak barrels for twelve months. Not filtered, or cold stabilized. It can create sediments.
Aroma:
Young with good intensity. Very nice combination of red fruit aromas and those roasted, smoked and spiced from the stage in barrels.
Tasting Notes:
The soft tannins and balanced acidity give the wine elegance and softness in the taste
